Would you like to be a part of the largest pizza delivery and takeaway company in the world? Domino's is looking for a Reporting Manager EU. In this role you will be responsible for the internal and external financial reporting requirements & compliance, including an effective management of the treasury and cash function within Europe.

• serve as the support of the Group Financial Reporting Manager for accounting queries in EU;
• advance the alignment of the various countries’ finance teams on accounting topics.
• manage the EU treasury function

• is responsible for the monthly close process and review activities on EU level;
• manages the consolidation, oversees the PPA accounting, oversees the IFRS 16 review and reconciliations, reviews the intercompany accounts and elimination thereof, and reconciliation of the consolidation adjustment columns;
• acts as a focal point in EU for the Group’s accounting queries and provide accounting guidance (IFRS) to the finance shared service center and to the local finance teams;
• assist in preparation and coordination of disclosures for group reporting purposes;
• liaises when necessary with Group financial reporting team on IFRS accounting matters and accounting initiatives;
• manages the statutory compliance process of local entities and related audits, including liaising with external auditors.

Internal controls

• drive process and formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency;
• lead the process for internal controls reviews across Europe;
• deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners and senior (finance) leadership;
• deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies;
• actively seek standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing business processes and internal controls, including deploy innovative technology where possible to enhance and continuously improve workflows and business process.

Treasury

• Is the key contact and security treasury manager for our bank accounts;
• is responsible for the day to day supervision of treasury activities within Europe and manage FX exposure on supplier payments;
• optimize efficiencies by evaluating, developing, and implementing cash management systems, cash pooling, etc.
• is responsible for the preparation and analysis of treasury related cash flow and liquidity forecasts;
• support/advise operating entities with regards to treasury and banking issue;
• Develop treasury policies and procedures, such as regular reviews and recommendations on changes to policies based on market conditions.
• Ensure proper cash management systems are in place to maximize efficiencies.
• Recognize business risks associated with the treasury and cash function and takes appropriate measures to mitigate them.

You will support with deep dives and ad-hoc requests, including preparation of management information both structured and on an ad hoc basis.

• Completed Dutch HBO / WO education with a specialization in accounting & control or international equivalent;
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience with accounting, preferable at a leading accounting firm;
• Strong knowledge on Corporate reporting (IFRS) and internal controls
• Affinity with treasury management, including budgeting and forecasting process
• Proactive, organized and able to drive projects to completion;
• Good communication skills, ability to clearly articulate finance topics in plain language to various stakeholders;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Good understanding of English both verbally and writing.
