Daily Reward System rewards players with multi-level in-game items and cosmetics for completing specific activities every day.

Daily Activities are a series of missions that can be more or less easily achieved through normal gameplay. And by completing these activities, you get Activity Points, which, when reaching a certain number (20/40/60/80/100), will grant you a gift box that contains different content.
Depending on how hard each activity is, the points you can earn from it varies. For example, defeating a boss gets you more points than defeating a minion.
You can complete an activity repeatedly in one day, but there is a cap on how many times completing the same activity will be counted. Again, let's take the defeating boss mission as an example, even if you can kill 40 bosses in day, only 30 out of them will earn you points.

One can get 175 Activity Points per day at most. After the day ends, Activity Points will reset to zero. You have to start collecting Activity Points from scratch. If you haven't yet claimed the gift boxes you've unlocked the day before, you can't do that anymore. So, make sure that you claim those rewards the minute your points reach the required number.

Gift boxes are not the only rewards that you can unlock per day by earning Activity Points. When your Activity Points reach 100 each day, you can claim 2 Specific Hero Fragments of one hero (out of 3).
Every week, the batch of 3 heroes, whose Specific Fragments are open to be claimed, will change.
Hero Fragments Panel
With enough Hero Fragments, you can unlock a hero that is pay-to-unlock, except those that can also be unlocked with gemstones (Katherine for example).
Hero Fragments offer an alternative way to unlock a hero that otherwise has to be paid for. Heroes that already have a second unlock option like spending gemstones, for example Katherine, can't be unlocked with fragments.
There isn't an "Unlock by fragments" button on Katherine's profile.
There are 2 types of fragments in the game, Specific Hero Fragments and Universal Hero Fragments. Specific Hero Fragments are exclusive pieces to unlock a particular hero, while Universal Hero Fragments can be used to unlock any hero.
Specific Hero Fragments can be claimed every day at Hero Fragments panel, as long as your Activity Points reach 100. Universal Hero Fragments can be bought at the store, or can be found in one reward package offered at a certain Mirage Pass Level.
After you have collected enough Hero Fragments, either they are Specific ones or Universal ones, you can select that hero you would like to unlock, and then tap on the green "Unlock by fragments" button.
Or tap on the scroll icon, choose Hero Fragments panel, and tap on the green "Exchange" button.
Either step will lead you to where you can unlock hero with fragments. Choose the hero and tap on the blue "Exchange" button under them.
Specific Hero Fragments and Universal Hero Fragments can be used together. For example, if you hope to unlock Oli, yet you only have 2 Oli Specific Fragments, you can add 16 Universal Fragments to make it 18 in total and unlock Oli.
It can happen that after you've claimed some Specific Hero Fragments, somehow you pay to unlock the corresponding hero once and for all. In that case, you can exchange Specific Hero Fragments that you don't need anymore for Universal Hero Fragments.
Again, on the Hero Fragments panel, tap on the green "Exchange" button, and then tap on "Return Extra Frags" under that hero.
Divide the extra Specific Hero Fragments by half is the number of Universal Hero Fragments converted.
*Extra Specific Hero Fragments ÷ 2 = Universal Hero Fragments converted.**
*If the number is not an integer, it will be rounded up to one.
It can also happen that you've already unlocked all heroes and still your Activity Points reach 100 in one day. It doesn't mean that the whole feature will be of no use to you. If you claim the Specific Fragments of an already unlocked hero, you will get random gemstones instead.
Note that it still consumes your only one chance of the day to claim Specific Hero Fragments.
Important notice: Heroes unlocked with fragments won't be restored or refunded if game data is lost. Please cloud save ASAP after the hero is unlocked.
Mirage Pass presents 30 levels of rewards for you to progress through and unlock. Every 100 Activity Points you gain increases your Mirage Pass Level by 1, and that earns you the reward offered at that level.
The gauge of Activity Points next to Mirage Pass Level on the top-left corner indicates how many more Activity Points you still need to level up. In this case, I have 97 more to go.
Mirage Pass offers Basic Pass, a free access to unlock multi-level rewards, and Supreme Pass, a paid-for pass that offers enhanced items and cosmetics.

Mirage Pass is available for a limited time. When it ends, you can't continue unlocking rewards of higher levels, but you will still be able to claim rewards that you've unlocked earlier.
Skin Fragments are one of the rewards you can earn when progressing through the Mirage Pass. Or, they can be bought at the store.
Unlike Hero Fragments, all Skin Fragments are universal, meaning that they can be used to unlock any skin.

Unlock Petland at Cat Secretary with 100 Soul Stones. In Petland, you can feed your pets, make friends with them, and take them out to a fight.
After unlocking Petland, you still need to unlock pets other than Sunny by feeding it every day to earn their love. Pet Food can be bought at the store, or you can obtain it as a reward by completing Daily Activities.
Only when Affinity (the heart gauge of the top-left corner) is full, can you unlock the pet as your follower. Every time you feed it, the gauge will fill up a bit.
It can take a couple of days to unlock one pet. If a pet is full, you can't feed it any more even if its Affinity with you is not yet full.
You can't feed a pet after it is full.
Unlocked pets can get hungry all the time. If they run out of food, they will leave you and return to Petland till you feed it again. To constantly keep it as your follower, you have to make sure that it always has food in its bowls.
After you've unlocked a pet, you can ask it to follow you by tapping on the button next to its name. Pets can help you pick up drops. You can even customize which types of drops you want the pet the pick up.
