The Corris Boyd Scholars Program was established in honor of a healthcare leader who dedicated his life to diversity and excellence in leadership – especially among people of color. 6. David A. Winston Health Policy Scholarship

The goal of the David A. Winston Health Policy Scholarship is to help promote high quality individuals trained in healthcare policy at the state and federal level. By awarding health policy students with financial support to further their education, this scholarship program can help create more healthcare professionals in the field. The scholarship recognizes student performance and achievement based upon the student’s academic record, recommendations from faculty and colleagues, as well as a strong interest in and commitment to health policy.
