Microsoft Excel is one of the most used data analysis programs and most popular and widely used spreadsheet software. In fact, you will hardly find a business that does not use Excel.

In 2019, market research indicated that approximately 54% of businesses use Excel — and this does not include other spreadsheet applications. More than 2 billion people across the globe use spreadsheet technologies such as Excel and Google Sheets. Organizations hire candidates with Excel skills because spreadsheet usage is considered standard for daily business analytics (Mooc Blog Team).

Keeping the above in mind, I have listed 12 free websites where one can start learning Microsoft Excel.

Microsoft Excel Help Centre is Microsoft official website that has tutorials and training videos.

Chandoo.org has been created by Purna Duggirala, also known by his nickname, Chandoo, a legend in the Excel community. His site contains excel tips, charting tutorials, visualization ideas, downloadable excel tutorials. It has 500+ tutorials, examples and downloadable workbooks.

TrumpEXCEL created by Sumit Bansal gives the learner access to a completely FREE Online Excel Training (6 modules consisting of 26 video lessons with 12+ hours of learning). No enrolment is needed. The website also has free excel templates and blog containing Excel tips.
