Although a popular activity, pool tables in Las Vegas are surprisingly difficult to find.

Below, I’ll summarize the bars with pool tables in Las Vegas both on the Strip, on Fremont Street, and off the beaten path.

Although there are several bars with pool tables on the Strip, most only have a handful of tables or less, and there aren’t any “all out” pool halls. I recommend stopping in at non-peak times to limit your wait.

Note that there are a few dedicated pool halls away from the Strip, listed below, that are a short drive or inexpensive ride away.

I’ll be sure to link out to each venue or their social media profile if they don’t have a website.

Where to Play Pool on the Strip

Level Up at MGM Grand: A sports bar, arcade, and casino rolled into one package, Level Up offers a number of pool tables in addition to beer pong, and a shuffleboard table.

Rockhouse at Venetian: Found in the Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian, Rockhouse offers a number of pool tables for guests to use.

BetMGM Sportsbook Bar at Park MGM: A sportsbook doubling as a sports bar, BetMGM offers pool in addition to miniature bowling and shuffleboard tables. If playing pool while catching a game you bet on is of interest, BetMGM is tough to beat.

Fun Dungeon Arcade at Excalibur: While it isn’t the most adult scene in town, there are two pool tables located in Excailibur’s arcade that are rarely in use (kids don’t play pool).

If you can handle kids running through your legs and a chaotic scene, give it a shot.

Cosmopolitan’s Sportsbook: There is one pool table available for play in Cosmo’s sportsbook. Obviously, since it’s only one table in a prime location, it tends to do brisk business. Just know that it’s there.

Red Tail at Resorts World: Red Tail is kind of a “jack of all trades” at Resorts World offering 24 beers on tap, 3 private karaoke rooms, a small arcade, and a couple of pool tables.

The Nerd: An arcade found in Neonapolis, The Nerd is dedicated to all things nerdy (think Star Wars, video games, etc.), The Nerd also has a couple of pool tables.

Hogs & Heifers at Downtown Grand: In addition to a raucous atmosphere, Hogs & Heifers also provides guests the opportunity to shoot pool.

Other Pool Halls in Las Vegas

Although the following Las Vegas pool halls are not within walking distance from resorts on the Strip and Downtown, they are great options if you don’t mind jumping into a cheap cab or rideshare option.

Emporium at Area15: For those unfamiliar, Area15 is a psychedelic visual feast for the eyes and a short Uber/Lyft from the Strip. While admission to the campus is free (and worth the trip in my opinion), there is also a wide assortment of “add-on” activities that cost money that can be booked in advance. An adult arcade limited to those 21+ Area15’s Emporium offers a number of pool tables on a pay-per-game basis.

Las Vegas Cue Club: A short drive behind Sahara on the north end of the strip, the Las Vegas Cue Club offers 25 pool tables, a full bar, and 2 steel tip dartboards.

Good Timez Billiards: Located west of the Strip on W Charleston Blvd., Good Timez has a large number of pool tables, darts, and video poker.

Griff’s: East of the Strip, Griffs boasts a full bar, food menu, and 40+ TVs in addition to 26 pool tables.

Gorilla Cafe: Outfitted with Pool, Carom, and Billiards tables, Gorilla Cafe also has a cafe on-site with beverages (to include beer) and snacks.

Cue-D’s: Found west of the Strip, Cue-D’s pool hall is outfitted with over 20 total pool tables and has a bar stocked with beer and soda options.

Tailgate Social at Palace Station: A newer sports bar, Tailgate Social has one pool table available for guest use.

Hopefully, I was able to help you find a place to play pool in Las Vegas!

Although options are limited, there are fortunately a relatively strong number of bars with pool tables on the Strip and on Fremont Street.
