@lalajee Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
Based on my research, it seems the following article will give some ideas:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/autopilot-enrollment
And also we can switch workloads to move the slider control to intune or CM.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/how-to-switch-workloads#switch-workloads
If you want to deploy Windows Update or apps via intune, please switch workloads to intune and then please refer to the following article to deploy.
Windows Update:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/windows-10-feature-updates
Deploy apps:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/quickstart-add-assign-app
Hope it will help.

2022-07-22T20:19:21.05+00:00 I want to deploy Windows update to intune device from intune but any device which are register in sccm i want to deploy windows update from sccm, can this be done or once the co-management link is setup or it cant done from both at same time the updates can be control from sccm or intune as long the "slider control" is point to to where you want to control the updates.
Also do you have to have CMG or cloud distribution point to updates device in intune because I want to update any remote device even if its not connect to corporate network (machine are domain joined)

2022-07-25T03:32:28.807+00:00 @lalajee No, if you want to use intune, it is needed to connect to Azure AD.
I want to deploy Windows update to intune device from intune but any device which are register in sccm i want to deploy windows update from sccm.
Of couse, you can. It is needed to create a pilot collection for these devices that you want to deploy windows update from intune. Then you can switch Windows Update policies' slider to "Pilot intune".
Honestly, I'm not familiar with CMG and I know little about it. So, it is needed CMG related support engineer to answer this.
