Another bonus: The Instant Pot is great for big-batch cooking, which is also key for keto diet success. “You have to be prepared when you’re doing this diet, because you can’t just run out without thinking and grab a bagel," says Rigoli. "Cooking keto-friendly dishes in advance is a huge help so you always have something on-hand."
