- You may also choose to email us at finaid@cscc.edu Please email from your @student.cscc.edu email address, and include your Cougar ID number. Our team will work to get back to you within two business days, but during peak periods responses may take up to five business days.
- Drop-in visits are available in Student Centralin Madison Hall to speak to a Specialist or Advisor about Financial Aid. For location and hours, go to Student Central.
- Our primary means of communication concerning the status of your financial aid will be your Financial Aid Self-Service page within CougarWeb, and communications sent to your @student.cscc.edu email address.
