Items from your account are stored in the Outlook cache. If this cache becomes corrupted, you may experience synchronization problems, such as incomplete or incorrect data, with the server. To solve this issue, resetyour account so Outlook can re-sync the affected items.
Caution:The following procedure will deleteany information that is not synchronized with the server.

Make sure your computer is connected to the server.

On the Outlook toolbar, go to Tools > Accounts.

In the left pane, select the account you want to reset.

On the bottom left, click the three dots and selectReset Accountfrom the list.
