• Adopt a traditional CV format: Unconventional CVs catch employers off guard and make it harder for them to find the important information that they are seeking. Adopting a standard/traditional CV format, on the other hand, are a format that employers are familiar with and can use their previous exposure to them as a reference point to find the information that they need.
