1. Supreme Pizza Casserole

Ingredients: 8 ounces of uncooked fettuccine, 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 medium onion chopped, 2 cans of mushroom stems drained, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 jar of pizza sauce, 1 can of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 4 cups of mozzarella cheese, 1 package of sliced pepperoni, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan

This fun spin on pizza is sure to be a hit! Packed with all sorts of cheeses, tomatoes, and meats, it’s no wonder you’ll leave your guests wanting more! Start off by cooking your fettuccine. Then in a separate pot, cook your beef and onion, then drain. Add in mushrooms, tomato sauce, pizza sauce, tomato paste, and seasonings. After you drain the fettuccine, you can add it to your meat sauce. At this point, you can divide your meat mixture into 2 baking dishes, evenly. Top each dish with mozzarella and pepperoni. Finally cover and bake for 20 minutes.

2. Spinach Beef Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients: 5 1/4 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni, 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, 2 onions, 3 large carrots, 3 celery ribs, 2 cans of Italian diced tomatoes, 4 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese

First, cook the macaroni according to the box instructions. Then, in a pot cook the beef, onions, carrots, and celery. Add in the tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes, then drain your macaroni and add it to the beef mixture. You can also add the spinach at this point, too. Pour your new mixture into a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350!

Ingredients: 1 pound of uncooked broken spaghetti, 4pounds of ground beef, 2 onions, 1 green pepper, 4 cups of milk, 5 cans of condensed tomato soup, 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
